Accommodation

In Santander, you will find a wide range of hotels and accommodation options. Given the dates of the conference and Santander’s popularity as a tourist destination, we strongly recommend planning your trip and booking your accommodation well in advance.

The TAEE 2026 organizing committee has arranged an affordable accommodation option at the MiCampus Residence, with the sole purpose of providing a budget-friendly alternative for attendees. The organization does not profit from this arrangement. The residence is well-connected to the conference venue via public transport.

Accommodation Terms:

• Fixed Price: €66 per night (includes single room, breakfast, VAT, and management fees).

• Availability: 40 rooms.

• Dates: Nights of June 30th, July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

• Allocation: First-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached.

• Eligibility: Registered conference participants and their companions.

Booking: Reservations for the MiCampus Residence must be made directly through the conference registration form.
