In-person Attendance (default option)

Authors can check the session in which they need to present their work in the conference program.

They should arrive at the room 10 minutes before the start of the session to hand over their presentation (in .pptx (Microsoft Office) or .pdf format) to the moderator and load it onto the room's computer.

The moderator will indicate the speaking order, with each presenter having a maximum of 10 minutes to give their presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

Online Attendance

Online oral communications will follow the same structure as in-person ones, with the only difference being that the presenter will present remotely from their home country. Additionally, authors must submit a video of their presentation so that it can be played during the session in case of connection issues.

Instructions and links to join the sessions will be provided a few days before the start of the conference. A test day will also be arranged for presenters to test and configure their equipment correctly before the session.

Online presenters should connect 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Poster

In-person Attendance (default option)

Posters should be approximately 75 to 90 centimeters wide and up to 1 meter high.

Upon arrival at the Technological Complex (E.T.S.I. Informatics and E.T.S.I. Telecommunications) of UMA (University of Malaga), authors will be directed to the area where the posters will be displayed. The organization will provide the necessary means to place them on the display panels. Authors should position them in their reserved space and be available for consultation during the conference days.

During the time indicated in the conference program, poster authors must give a short presentation of their poster (around 5 minutes maximum). After all poster presentations in the session, each author should remain by their poster to answer any questions from attendees.

Online Attendance

For technical reasons, online poster presentations will be done alongside another session of “Regular Papers” or “Demonstrations".

During the time indicated in the conference program, poster authors must remain connected and give a short presentation of their poster (around 5 minutes maximum), displaying the poster on screen for explanation and discussion with attendees.
