Registration fees
This price rate applies to registrations made until May 18. After that date, all registration types will increase by €100.
On-site attendance (default option)
- General fee: €475
- Reduced fee (IEEE or TAEE* members): €425
- Student fee: €300 (gift not included)
- Reduced student fee (IEEE or TAEE* members): €275 (gift not included)
- Secondary education / vocational training professionals: €150
- Note: This is a very specific fee exclusively for non-university teachers presenting non-university experiences. University professors/researchers/students must choose one of the other fees listed (the normal and usual ones for this conference). This fee is not for them.
- Listener fee (without paper submission): €250 (gift not included)
- Accompanying persons: Social events and welcome reception (€75); Gala dinner (€75); Both (€130)
Online attendance (option available for authors from non-European countries if they prefer; also for students if they prefer. For other authors, a percentage of papers presented online will also be accepted).

Responses to some frequently asked questions
How many papers can be presented with one registration?
For in-person attendance, one registration will be valid for two paper presentations. For on-line attendance, one registration will be valid for one paper presentation.
For both types, an additional paper can also be presented with the same registration fee, with an extra cost of €75.
How can I select the type of attendance (in-person or online)?
You can select it in the paper submission plaform.
For non-European authors (and for students of any origin) both modalities will have the same priority level. For the rest of the authors, in-person attendance is the default option, but a percentage of presentations will be accepted in online mode.
What does the in-person fee of the Conference include?
The in-person fee includes: publication of the papers in the abstract book, the proceedings book and IEEE Xplore (for those authors who desire it); coffee breaks, meals, social events, gala dinner and a congressman's kit.
